Prices and Currencies

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD), except where otherwise stated.
For your convenience, we can display the prices in other currencies, but at the time of payment, you will be charged in USD (US Dollars). If you choose to pay in another currency, you are welcome to use that option, but it will be applied the conversion rate of that moment in which you're making the payment, so the final amount could slightly differ from the original amount shown on the invoice.

Prohibited data

The following items will not be tolerated and any account found in violation of these terms will be terminated without prior notice.

Illegal downloads: The use or storage of Warez, audio or video files that you are not the rightful owner of, cracks, and any other forms of copyrighted software that you are not legally allowed to use/distribute are all strictly prohibited to store or publish on our servers.
XXX / Porn Materials: You're not allowed at all to publish / store any kind of material that shows pornography on our servers nor using any of our services for that purpose.
Bad ethics and terrorism: Terrorism is prosecuted by the law, therefore you're not allowed to use any of our services to conduct terrorism or bad ethics practices including but not limited to: selling of fire weapons, drugs, terrorism plans, etc.
Spam / Scam: Spamming is frowned upon and we take this matter very seriously. Anyone found spamming or is involved in fraud operations, will be suspended without a refund. This includes: sending advertisements to multiple e-mail addresses at one time (unless under the use of an opt-in mailing list), spamming AuralSolutions Services Ltd in any way, or using forced attacks via e-mail or any other way.
Viruses: The following items are not allowed, nor will ever be allowed on AuralSolutions Services Ltd servers: hosting viruses, or sending viruses via e-mail, or allowing users to download files with Trojans, viruses, or any harmful files.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend your account if we suspect you are violating the Terms of this agreement. We will contact you before deciding if you are not allowed to use our services.

If you are unsure if the content is all right for you to post, please contact us first. We will give a response for your inquiry in a very short time.

Refund policy

We have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee policy for our hosting service: Hosting refunds are issued within 30 days of your hosting sign-up if you decide not to continue using our services during the first 30 days from your hosting order.

The termination of a pre payed hosting account is not refundable after the given trial period.

If you ever want to upgrade your hosting plan to a higher plan, you will only be charged the proportional part of the fee for the remaining time until the end of the billing cycle. In this way you don't lose any part of the fee you've already payed.

If instead you wish to downgrade to a lower hosting plan, we would add the remaining proportional amount to your account balance, so you can use it to buy or renew the services you have contracted with AuralSolutions Services Ltd.

Termination of your account for violation of these Terms is permanent grounds for non-refund.

SSL certificates and Domain names are not refundable, so please check your domain name before completing the domain/ssl certificate registration/renewal process.

Note: All sales are final except otherwise stated. If for any reason there is any amount to credit (where applicable) as a downgrade order o cancelled service, such amount will be credited to the clients account and will be ready to use to buy new services in the future or renew / upgrade any current service.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

The Terms of Service and any claim relating to AuralSolutions Services Ltd shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize without regard to its conflict of law provisions and any dispute arising out of the application of these terms, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
